Business Incubator Program for Herbalists & Birthkeepers Course Agreement with Kids Herbalism LLC

When you register online for the Business Incubator Program for Herbalists and Birthkeepers, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Upon enrollment course access will be sent immediately, check your spam box if you do not receive it or contact info@wildgingerherbalcenter.com and we will respond within 24-48 hours.

Terms and Conditions:

Course Access:

By signing up for the Business Incubator Program for Herbalists and Birthkeepers you will have access to the online on demand course portal including all course lessons and notes described on this email for one year from the date of your registration.

You will also have access to monthly 60 minute live group coaching sessions, monthly 60 minute guest expert classes as outlined on the program page.

Your course access will be one full year.

If you sign up for private coaching with Molly Meehan Brown your two 45 minute coaching sessions are available during the same one year you have access to the course.

Payments:

Payment of the course fee is due before the time of registration.

You can pay by credit card, debit card, or Paypal.

Course Costs:

Course Cost Fully Payment $1599

Payment Plan Cost total of $1799, paid in nine installments of $199 charged in nine consecutive months upon registration for the course.

Private Coaching Sessions are six payments of $49 charged once monthly in consecutive months from the date of purchase.

By signing up for this course whether paying in full or choosing the payment plan, you agree to make all payments.

All payments are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

We have a no refund policy.

By signing up for a payment plan you agree to make all payments in full.

By choosing the payment plan option, you authorize use to process the payment information you provide to collect the payments according to the payment schedule, until all payments are processes in full.

If your payment is unable to be processed, we will contact you and attempt to re-process the payment. If we have not received payment within three days we will close your access to the program until any pending payments are made. You are still responsible for all payments on the payment plan and we reserve the right to collect them.

Availability:

The course website is generally available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, but may be down during times of maintenance required for optimum system performance. We will make every effort to inform you of system downtime in advance, but this is not always possible. We cannot provide support for computers that do not meet our system requirements.

Content:

Videos are on demand and streamable, videos are not downloadable. Videos are available through our learning platform which you must download to your device in order to access. The program is for entertainment purposes only and we do not offer any health or legal advice, please speak with a qualified professional when seeking medical or legal advice.

Copyright and Proprietary Property:

We will provide to you streamable videos, manuals and other material, which are copyrighted proprietary property of Kids Herbalism LLC. You may also receive additional materials that are the copyrighted proprietary property of third parties. All copyrights relating to any course materials provided or made available by us or any other party remain the sole property of the holder of the copyright. Therefore, no part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise, or translated into any language, without our prior written consent.

Warranties:

We cannot guarantee any outcome from this course, success is entirely dependent on you. There are no warranties, express or implied, by operation of law or otherwise for the use or results of the course or materials, that you successfully complete the course, or that any particular level of knowledge or outcome will be attained by you. Kids Herbalism LLC Disclaims any implied warranties.

Limitation of Liability:

Kids Herbalism LLC has no liability to you whatsoever. This "Limitation of Liability" section applies regardless of the basis on which you are entitled to claim damages from us, including, but not limited to, breach of contract (even in the case of a fundamental breach) and tort (including, but not limited to, misrepresentation). This limitation of liability also applies to our subcontractors.
